Have a business logo or custom design?
Before it can be embroidered, your artwork may need to be professionally prepared for our embroidery equipment.
Design Fee: $35 and up
The Design Fee is generally a one-time setup charge. Once your design has been prepared, we keep it on file for future orders. If the same design is reordered without changes, another Design Fee is generally not required.
Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, quantity, garment and placement. -

Yes. Choose from our business apparel catalogs, which include polos, T-shirts, workwear, jackets, caps, bags and more.
Yes. We customize eligible customer-supplied items. Some garments may not be suitable for the requested decoration method, so items are reviewed before production.
A Design Fee of $35 and up may apply when artwork needs to be prepared for embroidery. This is generally a one-time fee when the same design is reused without changes.
Business embroidery pricing varies based on stitch count, quantity, placement and the item being embroidered. Submit your project details for an exact quote.
For Embroidery:
PNG, JPG, SVG, or Adobe files are accepted. We will prepare your artwork for embroidery. A Design Fee may apply for new logos or custom designs.
For DTF Printing:
PNG, JPG, SVG, or Adobe files are accepted. For the best print quality, artwork should be high resolution (300 DPI recommended). Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

Yes. Once your embroidery design has been established, we keep it on file to make future reorders easier.

For new custom designs, you can review the applicable design details before production.
Yes. We offer embroidery on many styles of caps and headwear.
Yes. Depending on the apparel, artwork and project, we offer embroidery and DTF printing.
Turnaround time varies based on order size, apparel availability, design requirements and current production schedule. Your estimated turnaround time will be provided with your order.
Yes. Rush orders may be available when our production schedule allows. A rush fee of 25% applies to Business Apparel orders and 50% applies to Personalization orders. Rush availability must be confirmed before placing your order.
Yes. Completed orders can be picked up locally in Round Rock or shipped.
Yes. Browse our apparel catalogs or let us know what you're looking for, your budget, and how the apparel will be used, and we can help narrow down the options. We also have sample garments of popular items available in our showroom, so you can see and feel the apparel before making your selection.
Photos of Embroidered Garments:
We do not recreate embroidery from photos of previously embroidered garments. Photos can distort the design, proportions, colors, and details. For the best and most accurate results, please provide the original digital artwork or logo file.
Hand-Drawn Designs:
Hand-drawn artwork may not translate accurately into embroidery because details can be interpreted differently during the design process. We recommend having your drawing converted into a clean digital graphic before submitting it for embroidery.
